Well, the Mortal Kombat Kompendium by Uppercut Editions is a pitch for just such a tome. The basic idea of the project is to create a book that one can look to to get information on the story and characters to help fans keep on top of it all. I've been kindly provided with one of the early prototypes to show off, to give you guys an idea of what the book is all about.
